Currently Graphene is the strongest material in the world but completely flexible, and its amazing skill is more conductive than copper. Discovered just under a decade ago, the supermaterial potentially has some unbelievable applications for us in the not so distant future.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Graphene is pure carbon in the form of a very thin, nearly transparent sheet, one atom thick. It is remarkably strong for its very low weight (100 times stronger than steel) and it conducts heat and electricity with great efficiency.</p>

The most successful Graphene application could be in the medicine field: it could pave the way for bionic devices in living tissues that could be connected directly to your neurons. So people with spinal injuries, for example, could re-learn how to use their limbs.</p>

In few months we will be able to use a phone or a tablet with a new flexible display. <a href="http://www.lg.com" target="_blank">LG</a> Company has officially announced that its first flexible Oled panel for smartphones has entered mass production.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><a href="http://www.allocca.it/wp-content/uploads/alessandro-allocca-flexible-display2.jpg"><img class=" wp-image-991 alignleft" style="margin: 10px;" alt="alessandro-allocca-flexible-display2" src="http://www.allocca.it/wp-content/uploads/alessandro-allocca-flexible-display2-300x205.jpg" width="216" height="148" /></a>The bendable panel will be made in screen sizes up to 6-inches and can be used in phones enabling different designs than we are used to today.  &#8220;LG Display is launching a new era of flexible displays for smartphones with its industry-leading technology,&#8221; said <a href="http://abcnews.go.com/Technology/lgs-flexible-screens-rolling-off-factory-lines/story?id=20498107" target="_blank">Sang Deog Yeo</a>, executive vice-president and chief technology of ficer of LG Display. &#8220;The flexible display market is expected to grow quickly as this technology is expected to expand further into diverse applications including automotive displays, tablets and wearable devices. Our goal is to take an early lead in the flexible display market by introducing new products with enhanced performance and differentiated designs next year.&#8221;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">To create the bendable display, LG Display builds the OLED panel on <a href="http://www.allocca.it/wp-content/uploads/alessandro-allocca-flexible-display3.jpg"><img class="wp-image-992 alignleft" style="margin: 10px;" alt="alessandro-allocca-flexible-display3" src="http://www.allocca.it/wp-content/uploads/alessandro-allocca-flexible-display3-300x214.jpg" width="216" height="154" /></a>plastic substrates rather than glass. It is vertically concave from top to bottom with a radius of 700mm. The manufacturer claims that this opens up &#8220;a world of design innovations in the smartphone market&#8221;. The panel is also just 0.44mm thin and weighs just 7.2g. That&#8217;s a new chance for stressful people to mistreat their mobile phones.
